The Arkansas River Rim Campground and
RV Park is nestled along the Arkansas River in Colorado's "Banana Belt of the
Rockies", the only park in the upper Arkansas River Valley that sets adjacent to
the Arkansas River. Buena Vista's reputation for rest and recreation is a
four-season draw. The rivers and trails offer hikers, bikers, four-wheelers,
rafters, hunters, skiers and snowbirds - all the colors of the seasons. Scenic
highways take you to golf courses and gold mines, set in majestic pines. Known

dog days of summer boast temperatures in the 70's and 80's with calm cool nights
